How do I join the club?

When viewing a product you would like to purchase, select the Subscribe & Save button. You can subscribe to as many products as you would like!

How do I manage my recurring orders?

If you do not already have an account, locate your order confirmation email and select the manage subscriptions button. You can create an account under the NEW CUSTOMERS tab.

If you already have an account you can manage your recurring order in your account. Login to your accountand select the Manage Subscription button. You can pause, cancel or modify your orders under the Manage Subscription page.

How do I cancel a recurring order?

To cancel at any time just login to your account and select the Manage Subscription button. Once on the Manage Subscriptions page, scroll down to the bottom and select Cancel Subscription.

How do I pause or skip future orders?

To manage your recurring orders just login to your account and select the Manage Subscription button. Once on the Manage Subscriptions page, scroll down and select the Manage Upcoming Orders tab. You can pause or skip future orders within this tab.

Can I change the color of my shirt in my recurring order?

Yes you can! To manage your recurring orders just login to your account and select the Manage Subscription button. Once on the Manage Subscriptions page, scroll down and select the Product's in My Subscription tab. Once inside the tab, select the Swap Productbutton. Here you can choose which color variant you would like to switch out with your current recurring order.

How do I change my payment method?

To update or change your payment information for your recurring orders just login to your accountand select the Manage Subscription button. Once on the Manage Subscriptions page, scroll down and select the Payment Information tab. Once inside the tab, select the Change Payment Information button and you will be sent an email with a secure link to change your payment information.

How do I track my package?

You can track your package by accessing your order confirmation email and downloading the SHOP app to track your package by entering your phone number.

I did not receive an order confirmation, how do I access this information?

If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder. If the order confirmation is in your spam folder please mark the email as NOT junk mail. This will ensure you receive emails going forward.

How do I check on the status of my order?

You may view the status of your order by logging into your Plain Outfit account and clicking on Track My Order. Check your status with your order number and email address. If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam.

You qualify for Free Shipping in the USA on any order that is $50 or more at checkout!

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

How do I start a exchange or a return?

To exchange or return a product please scroll down to the footer, underneath the Customer service tab click on Exchanges & Returns. You can fill out the form using your order number and email used at the time of purchase. If your order fits all guideline we will provide you a shipping label at no cost.

What condition does the item need to be in in order to qualify for an exchange or a return?

All Exchange or Return items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Any signs of damage, usage, stretching, body odor, deodorant stains, fragrance, deodorizing agents, pet hair, etc. will disqualify an item for either request (we spend a LOT of time with our products...we know the difference)

If an Exchange or Return request is denied for any reason, our Support Team will assist you further in completing a transaction for the cost of return postage to ship your item(s) back to your address.

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website with the order number and email address used for your order.

I think my package was lost or stolen, what do I do now?

Plain Outfits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim. If you need further support, contact our customer service team so we can assist you.
